DR. Ben freakley
Founder
For over 20 years, Ben has coached individuals, teams, and organizations on the psychology of performance, team dynamics, and well-being. A former NCAA Division I athlete, Ben has been an NCAA Division I men’s soccer coach, mental performance coach for special operations forces (75th Ranger Regiment), general manager for a sports club with over 1100 members, and head of mental performance for the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB).

Dr. Tyler Mcdaniel
Director of Sport and Performance Psychology & Well-Being
While Tyler has had a diverse training and clinical experiences over the past 12 years, the common theme has been helping others perform optimally. Through these experiences, Tyler has had the privilege to work with elite athletes, active-duty military personnel in elite training units, law enforcement officers and first responders, and business executives, all of whom are striving to perform at their best when it matters most. With specialty training in sport and performance psychology, and as an active-duty psychologist in the U.S. Air Force, Tyler's focus has been and will continue to be on helping individuals understand why they may not be performing optimally, and help guide them to excel.

john lannan
Mental Performance Coach
John is a former Major League Baseball player currently working as a mental performance coach for the Toronto Blue Jays. John played professional baseball for 13 years with five different organizations (Washington Nationals, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets, Colorado Rockies, Kansas City Royals). John currently lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and two children.

DR. Rob DiBernardo
Mental Performance Coach
After a decade of working the sidelines as an NCAA coach, Rob is currently about to enter his fourth year with the Toronto Blue Jays, his first as Department Coordinator. Rob earned his undergraduate, masters and doctorate at Boston University, conducting grant-funded research exploring the impact of mindfulness on performance and well being. He is currently pursuing licensure in Clinical Counseling in order to broaden the scope of his practice. Rob’s mission is to serve individuals, teams and organizations in the pursuit of excellence within a thriving, values-based culture. He employs a strengths-based approach to development, seeking to identify and enhance personal and professional assets, while treating clients as the expert. Through building self-awareness, a performance mindset, and commitment to core values, he supports others to be their best, especially when it matters most.

Aren Ulmer
Mental Performance Coach
After playing college basketball at the University of West Georgia, Aren transitioned to the field of sport and performance psychology. He specializes in the development of the whole person to enhance wellness and human performance. Using his background as a collegiate athlete and coach, Aren leverages his academic training, extensive knowledge of sports, and lived experiences to enhance performance. Aren has worked with the Golden State Warriors Foundation, IMG Academy, and the youth academy with Atlanta United of Major League Soccer (MLS)

DR. Stephanie Fryer
Mental Performance Coach
Stephanie Fryer, EdD, MS, MA, CSCS is mental performance consultant with a doctoral degree in sport psychology, a masters in clinical mental health, and a masters in kinesiology. Her primary research focus is on trauma and abuse in sport settings, particularly in the US. Dr. Fryer’s dissertation investigated ACEs in the household and in the sport setting in elite and sub-elite gymnasts. As an athlete, Dr. Fryer was a Level 10 gymnast before competing on the track and field and cross-country teams at Colorado College. After pursuing pole vaulting professionally, she switched to Olympic-style pistol shooting and represented the United States in multiple World Cup competitions.
